Therapist, coach, woman
Liria Guedes is a therapist and life coach in Lisbon. Her work is with women: helping each one reconnect with herself, heal what hurts and dare to want more.
She created the Mulheres Espelhos method around one idea: the women we meet are mirrors. What we judge, envy or admire in them tells us about ourselves, and that is where change begins.
Much of what she teaches is free: audio affirmations, mantras, a year of daily messages and the seven classes of the Combustível da Vida immersion.
2,000 lives transformed.
Mirror of the day
